School of Acting alumnus featured in NPO series Bovensloters

Teun Ridden, who graduated from the ArtEZ School of Acting in 2024, can be seen in the new darkly comic crime series Bovensloters. The series is set in Brabant and has been available to stream on NPO Start since July 23. Teun grew up in Made, Brabant, and returned to his Brabant roots for his role.

Returning to Brabant meant that Teun had to bring out his Brabant accent again. Teun now lives in Amsterdam, where he is fully active as an actor. TV series are not new territory for him: he also appeared in Flikken Maastricht. In addition, he performs in various theatre productions.

About the School of Acting

The ArtEZ School of Acting is a small-scale, four-year higher professional education programme in which your development as an actor is central. You learn acting techniques in practice while also exploring the theory behind the craft. Through various performance projects, you bring this knowledge together and develop yourself as both a performer and a creator. Throughout the programme, you are supported and coached by your mentor.
