The finals are in full swing and that means plenty of great events are happening! Look forward to an exhibition in the capital, an art tour that will take you past the most beautiful works and concerts that will take you on a melodic journey.

Final Exam Lucía Guerrero García - Classical Piano Master

For Lucía Guerrero García's latest concert, she performs works by Mozart, Brahms and César Franck, with a special focus on Igor Stravinsky's Piano Sonata. This unique piece rarely appears in the concert repertoire, despite being one of Stravinsky's most important works for piano. Her research this year was on this sonata. Lucía is graduating with her final from the master's course Classical Music.
Final Exam Igor Herstel - Jazz & Pop Piano

Pianist/keyboardist and bassist Igor Herstel is an enthusiastic, driven and idiosyncratic musician, about to graduate from the bachelor's course Jazz & Pop at the ArtEZ Academy of Music in Zwolle. With roots in Jazz, Fusion, Latin, Soul and R 'n B, he flies into music with great passion.

Mupi-project: art route AKI ArtEZ on display 24 ours in Enschede
The Mupi project is a route in Enschede's public space where the work of all graduates of the AKI ArtEZ Academy of Art & Design can be seen 24 hours a day. A photograph of each graduating student from the Enschede academy has been selected and printed on Mupi format. The overview exhibition with work by all AKI graduates can be seen in and around the academy in Enschede from Friday 5 July to Friday 12 July.

 
Final Exam Ezra Efde - Jazz & Pop Saxophone

Ezra Efdé started playing music and the saxophone at the age of 17. Over the years, his experience ranged from 1930s swing to Indonesian gamelan. On 26 June, he will graduate from the bachelor's course Jazz & Pop at Schouwburg Odeon. Together with other musicians, Ezra plays music by Albert Ayler, Rahsaan Roland Kirk and Scott Joplin, among others.

Unbutton to Refold
Generation #32 of the master's course Critical Fashion Practices invites you to participate in their graduation projects during the exhibition Unbutton to Refold at Plan B in Amsterdam. The exhibited projects question how fashion knowledge and stories are produced, presented and consumed and explore a multitude of fashion systems.
Final Exam - Sara van den Brink - Classical & Jazz Harp

Discover the impact of polarization and uncover the truth behind appearances. Join harpist Sara van den Brink and visual artist Gus Wolf Wickerhoff as they blend image and sound to explore diverse perspectives. With music by Caroline Lizotte and performances by trumpeter Bram van de Glind and drummer Damian de Muijnck, Sara concludes her four years at the bachelor's course Classical Music, bridging classical, jazz, and improvisation in a quest for connection beyond boundaries.

Sailing over metaphorical Borderlands: Meike wants her audience to experience 'The Sublime'
 

"What I aim to present here is experiential music theatre. My intention is to create an immersive and theatrical performance that stimulates the audience's senses and encourages them to deeply feel their emotions", explains Meike Gunneman about her final graduation performance 'Sailing on the Borderland'. She is about to graduate from the bachelor's course in Music Theatre at the ArtEZ Academy of Music in Arnhem.
