This project aims to develop a multi-site approach for inclusion and decolonization interventions to change the hierarchical nature of higher education in the Netherlands.

Empathy is encountered as a force. The teacher is envisioned as a scholar, a ‘co-learner’, instead of a formal ‘authority’. The project results in a design for a new pedagogical-didactical framework and a publication. The main (long term) partners in this project are the Bachelor Theatre in Education in Arnhem and the Bachelor Theatre in Education in Zwolle, that are already a stakeholder/shareholder in AeCT.
