On Saturday, September 19, the 14th edition of Kunstnacht takes place in Nijmegen. From 19:00 to 01:00, dozens of cultural venues open their doors for an evening filled with art, performances, dance, music, film, technology and spoken word. Third-year ArtEZ Music Theatre students are also part of the programme, presenting a special theatre experience in complete darkness at muZIEum.

What happens when your eyes have nothing left to do?
This short immersive performance by ArtEZ Music Theatre students takes place entirely in the dark. No set to look at, no faces to read — only sound, voice and space that you have to learn to trust.
The makers explore a world without sight: which other senses become heightened? How does closeness feel without visual contact? Can uncertainty make way for intimacy and intuition?
