Applying for admission
You can apply for this course through Studielink. First, read the admission process for Comic Design below. You can find general admission information for ArtEZ here. Once you've applied, you'll receive a confirmation email from ArtEZ Student Affairs. After that, the course will provide you with further details regarding the admission process.
Important dates and deadlines
- Admission Exam 1: Submit your portfolio and admission assignments by Thursday, Feb. 15, 12:00 (noon). On Tuesday, February 27, you will be told if you are through to the admission day which will take place on Saturday, March 9. On this day you will take your entrance exam at the academy.
- Admission Exam 2: Submit your portfolio and admission assignments by Tuesday, March 5, 12:00 (noon). On Tuesday, March 12, you will be told whether you are through to the admission day which takes place on Saturday, March 23. On this day you will take your entrance exam at the academy
- Admission Exam 3: Turn in your portfolio and admission assignments by Tuesday, March 26, 12:00 (noon). On Tuesday, April 2, you will be told whether you are through to the admission day which takes place on Saturday, April 13. On this day you will take your entrance exam at the academy.
Admission requirements Comic Design
- VWO, HAVO, MBO (level 4) or foreign equivalent level of education;
- this course is subject to language requirements;
- positive result for the entrance exam. In this exam, we assess your chances of successfully completing the course.
