ProgrammeThis pre-master's programme provides comprehensive preparation for advanced music therapy studies. You'll complete core music therapy courses while gaining valuable clinical experience through a supervised internship.
This course consists of 60 European Credits (EC) and covers essential areas of music therapy education:

Internship Requirements
Your pre-master's program includes a substantial clinical internship:
- Duration: 45 weeks, weekly 12 hours minimum
- Setting: Music therapy clinical environment
- Mentoring: Professional guidance from a certified music therapist
- External supervision: Must be approved by the ArtEZ Music Therapy program
- Additional costs: Supervision fees are not included in the program tuition
The internship provides hands-on clinical experience under professional guidance. Students are responsible for arranging their internship with an approved supervisor and covering associated supervision costs.
