An international programme
As an international master’s course, we welcome students from all cultural and religious backgrounds. Ethics and respect towards diversity are core parts of our vision. Our course is rooted in a shared, personally initiated approach to innovating, developing, and shaping music therapy’s impact on individuals and society to build more resilient, equitable societies around the world. The master’s course prepares you to working with other professionals in the field: clients, therapists, educators, scientists, musicians, other artists and health professionals. We will spend time reflecting on diverse cultural perspectives and beliefs together to expand your perspective on the role of music and caring for people , and to help you become aware of your own intrinsic values, frame of reference and those of others.
International partnership possibilities
As a Music Therapy master’s student, you will receive high-level training provided by national and international expert clinicians, professors and guest lecturers. The course collaborates with different national and international medical, healthcare, and educational institutions, as well as NGOs, and also offers some research-specific partnerships.
Music therapists are advocates for creating a better world through their passion for music, humanity and sciences.
