On this page you will find all practical information about the ArtEZ pre-master's course in Structural Engineering. For example, the admission procedure, the timetable, and how to apply. Do note: this pre-master's course is in Dutch.

Apply

The preliminary courses and classes (contract education) are governed by the ArtEZ programme terms and conditions. Before you apply, read through the admissions criteria to see if this pre-master's course is the right fit for you. 

Admission requirements

  • A Design bachelor's degree (for example, Interior Architecture or Architectural Design) – either completed (programme) or as an undergraduate (minor).
  • A demonstrable affinity with architecture. You can demonstrate this by sending us a portfolio.

Programme timetable

The pre-master's course runs from September to mid-January. Classes are weekly on Fridays (from 9am-6pm) at ArtEZ in Arnhem.

In addition to classes, you will spend an average of 8 hours a week on assignments.

Costs

If you take the pre-master's programme as a programme after your bachelor's course, the cost is €1.125,00 

Minor

The pre-master's course can also be taken as a minor during your bachelor's course.
