Corpo-real, the master's course Interior Architecture at ArtEZ, focuses on the ever-evolving relationship between ‘bodies’ and ‘space’: the body as a place where social reality and spatial truth come together. You will be part of a learning community where you, together with fellow students and tutors, develop a research-driven spatial design practice aimed at an unknown future.

The pre-master's course in Interior Architecture is a 12-week programme that offers a deeper understanding of the interconnection between the body and space. Whether you are a professional in the field of art and design seeking to further develop your practice, or a bachelor's student preparing to apply for the master's course Interior Architecture (Corpo-real), this course will help you take the next step in your journey as a research-driven spatial designer. Registration for admission is possible between 1 October 2024 and 1 February 2025.

The Mapping Research minor focuses on the evolving relationship between research and spatial practice within interior architecture and the arts. You’ll join a community where students and tutors collaborate to develop critical, future-oriented design methods that address today’s challenges through interdisciplinary research.

Keen to take the Architecture master's course but still have insufficient knowledge of structural engineering? If so, you can follow the Structural Engineering pre-master's course first. The pre-master's course can also be taken as a minor during your bachelor's course.
