As an improviser and composer Norbert Lensink aims to reform the sonic capabilities of his instrument and music as an art form. Using the saxophone as a vessel for introspection and creative exploration, his playing makes for a plain field for reality to wonder. Norbert’s music consists of a fusion of impressionistic compostitions and intimately textured sound improvisations, combining the worlds of experimental music andmodern jazz.
