The title of this performance, Kaleidoscope, reflects the core of Sara’s musical vision. Like the shifting patterns and vibrant colors seen through a kaleidoscope, her compositions take you on a journey to a colorful world, where emotions are in constant movement, turning upside down and reshaping themselves into new meanings and different perspectives. In this concert, Sara brings together musicians and friends she met during her studies at the Conservatory of ArtEZ. At the heart of the performance, however, is her established band. In this ensemble, the melodic voice of the cello waves together with the clarinet and saxophone, all supported by a rhythm section that’s uniquely accompanied by the presence of the accordion. With a strong background in classical music, Sara creates an elegant fusion of tradition and innovation.
