Dance festival Spot aan
Playful, research-oriented, artistic and enthusiastic, Artisteducator in Dance closes the 2023/2024 academic year. In the dance festival Spot aan from Tuesday 25 June to Thursday 28 June, students present themselves in choreographies, performances and videos created and danced by students.
The choreographies are a colourful compilation of the projects and practices. During Spot aan, choreographies created by professional choreographers or created in collaboration with guest dancers and musicians will also be shown. Students from each year of the course will present their projects as dance and media, artistic research, dance educational productions, thesis research and much more. Be surprised by new and old material shown in a fresh way.
Spot aan works with a block schedule. This gives audiences the chance to see the full programme. Performances will be shown in theatre rooms 1 and 2. In studio 8, videos will be shown where audiences can walk in and out freely. Furthermore, the bar will be open all evening for conversations with the makers and dancers. Can we welcome you during one of our performances? The Artisteducator in Dance community is already in full swing and can't wait to let the audience in.
