Dr. Ton Zondervan is an education developer, researcher and teacher at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. There he mainly works on innovating education. He is a co-developer and teacher of the Windesheim Teachers College, in whichinnovative and creative teachers are trained for primary and secondary education with radically innovative didactics. He is also coordinator of the Teachers College Academy. His subjectspecific specialization is the personal development of students in relation to their professional development. This also includes the development into a "valuable professional". He also provides coaching and intervision at the Windesheim Honours College.
