Annemieke Vink

Annemieke Vink has been trained as a psychologist at the University of Amsterdam and received her PhD in Medical Sciences at the University of Groningen, on her study examining the effect of music therapy with elderly people with dementia. She works as a lecturer in the theory of music therapy at the Bachelor's, Premaster's, and Master's music therapy programmes at ArtEZ. She is a lecturer in thia area of research, a research coordinator, is part of the ArtEZ MR, and the master's advisory committee. Next to this, she works as a researcher for the professorship of Music-based Therapies and Interventions, and participates in international music therapy research projects.Her main area of expertise is the effect of music therapy on people with dementia and music psychology.
