Entry requirements

• Students must have completed their Bachelor 'Propedeuse'and have achieved at least at least 120 ECTS in total (including the 60 ECTS of the ‘propedeuse’) within their bachelor’s course. 
• A sufficient command of the English language, as reviewed during the admission interview

Please note that your application will not be initiated until the signed learning agreement is received by ArtEZ. You can apply through the website Kies op Maat. You can register until 15 December 2024. Deadline for the signed learning agreement is 6 January 2025.

Together with your learning agreement, you are asked to send in a short motivation letter. In your motivation letter please describe why you want to participate in this minor and also introduce yourself as a future participant.

The minor applies a minimum of 8 students per semester. If there are too few registrations, the minor will not take place.

Date and location

1 February to 30 June 2025. You can register until 15 December 2025.

The lectures and workshops take place in the building of ArtEZ Academy for Art&Design Zwolle at Rhiijnvis Feithlaan, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station and 5 minutes from the city centre.

Language

All communications, classes, and assignments are in English.

Schedule

The minor is fulltime. Classes and workshops take place weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Occasionally, workshops take place on Mondays. In the remaining time, you work individually or with others on your own process/projects. Mandatory contact hours: approximately 18 hours per week. 

Assessment

Assessment takes place in various forms, via presentations of work, written work, attendance and active participation. The minor will be concluded with a site-specific presentation of your individual results, your atlas of research and your future ambitions.
