Excellent facilities
Rietveld building and Oude Kraan
Since 1963, part of the academy has been housed in the iconic Rietveld building. Its horizontal, open design with abundant glass and white brick reflects the style of its renowned architect, Gerrit Rietveld.
Oude Kraan 26 (OK26) is home to our BEAR Fine Art, Design Art Technology and Product Design programmes. There is plenty of space here to exhibit and experiment. The Fine Art and Design in Education programme is also located at Oude Kraan, at number 74 (OK74).
