“Klachten Kantoor is a speculative organization who believes that complainers have agency to find a solution to their dissatisfaction.This organization operates through a complaint form which transforms passive complaints into action plans. I aim with my project to empower people to have a solution oriented mindset for their personal issues, as well as for bigger societal problems. We all complain, but with guidance from Klachten Kantoor, I think we can recognize what can be improved in the systems governing us, and help contribute to changing them through individual and collective action.”
