Institutional plan
In Creating futures together, the institutional strategic plan of ArtEZ University of the Arts, ArtEZ describes its ambitions arising from its values and goals: inclusion and diversity, being at the centre of society, offering space for learning paths with their own content and cooperating with education and partners outside ArtEZ.
This strategic plan was created through a collective effort. We spoke to many students, researchers, lecturers and field supervisors during the period from early 2019 to September 2021. The directors, the Participation Council and the Supervisory Board are also involved. All these internal and external parties shared their ideas, passions, dreams and visions to help ArtEZ take a step further.
