For Pien Logtens there was never any doubt: music is her great passion. She studies composition for film and theatre at ArtEZ and writes music for film, theatre and orchestra. What makes her music so special? She knows how to stop time and really touch people with her compositions. With her music, Pien wants to create a moment of peace in our busy world. About Pien
Pien's musical journey began at a young age, first as a pianist and later as a composer. She has since published her own music and is working on new projects. In addition to teaching, she is involved in theatre productions on topics such as mental health and performance pressure.
In 2023 Pien released her first album, Contradiction, and in January 2025 her new single Enstrangement, recorded with a string quartet, was released. Her album Pixels, recorded in the concert hall of the ArtEZ Conservatory, will follow in early 2025.
