Anne Rietmeijer, alumnus of ArtEZ School of Acting named ‘Young Actress of the Year’ in Germany

ARNHEM - Former student of ArtEZ School of Acting Anne Rietmeijer was recently named ‘Young Actress of the Year’ by the critics of the German magazine Theater heute. The critics were glowing about her role as Solveig in Peer Gynt, directed by Dušan David Pařízek at Schauspielhaus Bochum.
Anne graduated in 2017. She previously performed at Het Nationale Theater in The Hague and in 2016 she performed in the production Club Fiction by the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, which won the Max Reinhardt Preis at the Theatertreffen for German-language acting students. Since the 2018/2019 season, she has been part of the Schauspielhaus Bochum company.
