Terms and conditions giveaways

General

• The giveaways are organized by ArtEZ University of the Arts.
• Participation is free of charge and open to everyone who comments on the respective Instagram post. There are no age or other restrictions for participation.

Participation

• By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• Comments posted after the indicated deadline for the giveaway will not be included in the draw. The deadline is specified in the Instagram post for the respective giveaway.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected at random through a draw.
• The results of the giveaway are final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entertained.

Prizes and Delivery

• The winner must provide a Dutch postal address for the prize to be sent.
• The prize will be sent to the winner as soon as possible after the draw.
• To arrange delivery, the winner will be asked to provide their address details. These details will only be used for this purpose, will not be shared with third parties, and will be deleted immediately after the prize has been dispatched.

Liability

• Although the giveaways take place on Instagram, they are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for these giveaways.
• ArtEZ University of the Arts is not liable for technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control that may prevent participation in the giveaway.

Miscellaneous

• ArtEZ reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or cancel the giveaway without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
