'The artist-educator is open to the other and the other' and 'the artist-educator is an agent of change'. The Cracking the Code project goes a step further. How can we promote diversity and inclusive action by teachers and students of the teacher training and actively promote it. How can the ArtEZ teacher training programs attract various groups in our society. In various ‘Site specific’ projects, round table discussions, inspiration meetings with guest speakers organized alongside and around the normal programs, the inclusive thinking and acting are 'practiced' in an experimental manner. Researchers take part in the projects and activities and provide insight into the effect and the effect of this experimental approach. The project will contribute to and support the value of the ArtEZ artist-aducator as an agent of change.
