ArtEZ finals: Share your work with the world
Are you graduating this year and will you be working on your finals research, presentation, performance, exhibition or film? Whatever it is you are graduating with, your hard work deserves to be seen and given a platform on social media. Below, you can read how ArtEZ can help you expand your social reach, so that you can make yourself and your work even more visible to the general public.

Social media
We share students' work and their events through ArtEZ's social channels, which have audiences of over 11,700 on Instagram, 16,000 on Facebook, 5,900 on Twitter and 24,200 on LinkedIn. Give yourself an outreach boost via our social media platforms and let them help increase your visibility!
Do an Instagram-takeover
For the ArtEZ finals we are looking for graduation students to take over the Instagram stories of ArtEZ. This is your chance to show more than 11,700 followers what you have been doing in your graduation period and to promote yourself.
The idea is to bring our followers along with your graduation process. You can decide what you share for yourself, as long as it fits within the framework of the #ArtEZfinals.
Do you want to join? Then register via redactie@artez.nl stating your name and study program and indicate your preferred date. Our editorial team will plan the takeover with you and send you the info and guidelines.
View the takeovers from last year here.

- Facebook ArtEZ University of the Arts
- LinkedIn ArtEZ University of the Arts
Use #ArtEZfinals
As in previous years, all social buzz around the finals can be found on social media with #ArtEZfinals. We therefore advise you to use this hashtag as much as possible.
Website
The website artez.nl/finals is the online heart of the finals. Visitors will find all events, student pages, stories and news about your class, finals 2022. With 2800 daily visits (1 May - 1 August '21), it's definitely worth presenting your finals work and event on the website.
Present yourself at artez.nl/finals at "Students"
Introduce yourself to the world as an upcoming talent, with your own finals page on the ArtEZ website under artez.nl/finals. You will benefit from the visibility and discoverability that the heavy traffic on the ArtEZ website brings. Even if you are not currently performing onstage, you might still be the subject of a Google search, for instance when you are applying for a job. People may want to see more about the diverse abilities your education gave you and who you are. Moreover, you will already have a leg up with high-quality portfolio content to use on your professional website, CV or LinkedIn profile, which you can benefit from both now and in the future. Examples of studentpages can be found at ‘Students' at artez.nl/finals. When your course participates, you will receive all relevant information via your programme department.
Your finals-event on the agenda
How nice it is that this year more live audiences can come and enjoy performances, concerts, films, exhibitions and presentations. During the finals, these events are all on the agenda. Your course takes care of that. Make sure the editor of your course gets all the details about your finals.
The following information will be placed in the agenda of artez.nl and thus automatically transferred to artez.nl/finals. You must provide the following information completely. Think of images and the five W's (Who, What, Where, Why, When) and - possibly - the How.
- Image: photo of at least 2000 pixels wide, preferably jpg file. Supplying one photo is a must. More material? Even better! Upload videos on YouTube and send the url with the text.
- What: title
- What and Why: content
- Who: which course and name of the person who owns this (online) event (first and last name, important for the search function of the site!)
- Where: address or url / web address
- When: time(s)
- When: (start) date and, for a multi-day (online) event, end date
- How: do you get tickets? Do you need to make a reservation?
- Optional: addresses of your social media channels
