ArtEZ extends collaboration with Kunstbende

Kunstbende and ArtEZ University of the Arts are continuing their long-standing collaboration in the area of talent development of young people for the next three years. This collaboration provides a valuable contribution to young creative talent in the Netherlands. Kunstbende and ArtEZ are both focused on young people who want to express themselves in different artistic disciplines and they both coach and stimulate talents in their artistic development. Kunstbende is the largest creative breeding ground of young people in the Netherlands and its network and expertise appeals to many young people. ArtEZ has the widest range of programmes, disciplines, preparatory courses and teacher training programmes in the Netherlands. A good match.

This summer, the Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie (Cultural Participation Fund) decided to give Kunstbende a long-term basic grant in the area of Talent and Festivals for the next four years. The quality of Kunstbende's artistic content was rated as very good by the Fund and the entrepreneurship and collaboration were rated as good. This also applies to the participation of young people from all regions of the Netherlands and the diversity of the activities.
