Programme
We've put together a packed programme to help you make the right choice. Ask all your questions, attend programme presentations, discover a wide range of music or join one of the workshops. Test your music theory knowledge with a mock entrance exam, get feedback on your demo from one of our lecturers or show us what you can do on your own instrument.
The conservatoire is bursting with music!
Throughout the day, the conservatoire will be filled with music in all its forms, alongside the very best in technology, music education and music therapy.
Bands and singer-songwriters will perform in the small and main concert halls of the music centre and in our own theatre. You can also join in a sing-along. Open classes, pop workshops, instrument demonstrations and live performances by MediaMusic students are just a few examples of what's on offer. Wherever you go, you'll hear music coming from every corner of the building.

Each programme offers one morning session and one afternoon session. There's no need to register in advance.
Academy of Pop Music: 10.00–10.45 and 13.00–13.45
MediaMusic: 10.45–11.45 and 13.45–14.45
Music in Education: 10.15–10.45 and 13.45–14.15
Music Therapy: 10.45–11.30 and 13.30–14.15
(Pre-)Master Music Therapy: 12.15–13.00 and 15.15–16.00
Preparatory programme: 12.00–12.30 and 15.00–15.30

Music theory and admission
Throughout the day, there are several sessions to help you learn more about the preparatory programme, music theory tests and entrance exams.

MediaMusic: 11.45–12.15 and 14.45–15.15
Music theory entrance tests: registration required
Music Theory Test & Vocal Assessment
Want to find out how much music theory you already know? Sign up for a mock entrance exam. The test is completely optional and gives you an idea of what to expect from the music theory entrance exam.
You can also have your voice assessed or playing chords on a chordal instrument (e.g. piano or guitar) for the programmes Music in Education and Music Therapy.
You can sign up when you arrive at the information desk in the canteen or at the education desk on the first floor.

There are various workshops you can join throughout the day. No need to register in advance. Just drop in and take part!
