Strategic plan

The title we chose for our strategic plan for 2022-2026 is ‘Creating futures together’. The plan sets out ArtEZ’s  ambitions in combination with our shared values:  

• Diversity and inclusion
• The importance of creativity
• Impact
• Confidence
• Continuing development

The plan was created in partnership with students, staff and supervisors. Between 2019 and 2021, we exchanged ideas with students, researchers, teachers and professional supervisors, as well as with members of the Executive Board, the Participation Council and the Supervisory Board. Their ideas, dreams and hopes have all come together to create this concrete plan that secures a great future for ArtEZ.
