Intertidal seaweed foodscape
Intertidal seaweed foodscape invites you to engage in an ever-changing scene, 5 times a day, based on the rhythm of the tides. You can drift through the area in which seaweed is flourishing. If The Netherlands develops more of an aquatic landscape in the future, it would be beneficial that seaweed becomes more prevalent in our diet. This has the potential to shift our present foodscape toward one in which we cultivate seaweed locally while considering a well-balanced eco-system. Allow the intertidal seaweed foodscape to sink in and share your thoughts and experiences during one of the participatory performances.
