All that the heart desires

I took the fourth year as an opportunity to fulfill all that my heart desired. I did my internship year in England, Belgium, and Israel. I started by taking a small suitcase and traveling to London, with many dreams but without a concrete plan. The first steps in London included dancing in the leading studios with professional dancers from all the top companies. I studied, researched, and assimilated into the London dance scene. I also started working on a collaboration project with a dancer/creator based in England, which felt exciting. 

In Israel, I worked with the local choreographers and dancers. I returned to the sources of my movement, which allowed me to elaborate on my physical and mental abilities. In Belgium, I am participating in a project at the I SOLISTI Theater in Antwerp. I learned to collaborate with people from other disciplines, like video artists and musicians.

Thanks to that, I learned what happens behind the scenes of dance creation.

In addition, I continued my research work on 'Breaking the Fourth Wall in the Theater'. The experiences in London, Israel, and Belgium were a leap forward for the choreography I created in the research work. The highlight of my year is that I got to stage my work on stages throughout Israel. This year was a hell of a ride. I learned to be self-employed, create opportunities, stand for my rights as an artist, explore the world, challenge my body, open my mind to new adventures and dare to make my dreams come true. I wish to continue working hard, fulfill my goals and grow as a dancer and maker.
