After successfully completing the higher vocational School of Acting course, you may use the title Bachelor of Arts (BA).
This course can be found in the Institution and Programmes Registration, RIO, under code 34860. The formal name of the course, under which it is known, is Bachelor of Theatre. This RIO name will appear on your diploma.

The first cohort of actors from the School of Acting in Arnhem graduated in 1960. Many of them have gone off to have great carreers in theatre, film, TV and other branches of creative work.
Part of the programme is offered in collaboration with professionals from the field. We see the programme itself as part of that professional world. This close connection helps you find your way more easily once you graduate.
After graduating from the School of Acting, you can work as an actor. Former students may be seen in films and television series and in the theatre, with large Dutch companies and in smaller collectives and ensembles. Some of them work as writers, directors or artistic directors.
