Animation Design is part of the ArtEZ Academy of Art & Design Zwolle. Zwolle is a lively student city full of subcultures, creative hubs and initiatives. It combines the best of both worlds: an intimate, historic centre and a vibrant music and festival scene, ranging from hip-hop concerts to comic festivals.

You’ll study in the former Sophia Hospital, a historic building that now offers plenty of space to experiment with different media in well-equipped studios and workshops — including wood, metal, ceramics, plastics, photography, printmaking, film, Arduino and, of course, animation!
