Fine Art - Bachelor - Enschede

Financial matters

Calculate tuition fees

The amount of tuition you will need to pay depends on your situation. In most cases, you’ll pay the statutory tuition fee. In some situations, you will pay the higher institutional fee, such as if your programme will be your second bachelor’s degree.

If you would like to calculate what your tuition fee will be, you can read more about tuition fees here.

Scholarships, grants and other financial support

There are different ways to get financial support during your studies in the Netherlands. For Dutch and EU/EEA students, this may include student finance from DUO or the lifelong learning credit. If you are an international student from outside the EU/EEA, DUO schemes usually do not apply, but you may qualify for scholarships, grants, or financial arrangements through ArtEZ and other organizations.

Check the overview to see which options best fit your situation.

Material costs and excursions

Throughout the Fine Art programme, you work intensively with a wide range of materials, techniques and media such as paint, canvas, paper, wood, clay, photographic materials and printmaking techniques. Please keep in mind that you will incur additional costs for materials, tools and digital resources you will need during your studies. There may also be optional excursions or external projects that require a personal contribution.
