You follow the preparatory programme Art & Design at AKI ArtEZ Academy of Art & Design in Enschede. It is an idiosyncratic city with a strong underground culture, where art appears in former factories, at festivals and in makers’ spaces. Together with Moving Image and Fine Art, the programme forms a small-scale art academy: an independent, non-competitive space for autonomous artists and designers. Thanks to the scale and character of the academy, friendships, exchanges and collaborations arise easily. Across disciplines, and sometimes even for life.
