Practical information

The Liberal Arts minor is offered twice a year:

• Autumn: September through January
• Spring: February through June

During the minor, you work in the studio at the academy from Monday to Friday. There are sessions in which lessons or supervision are provided by lecturers and artists, and there are several days or half-days in which you have free studio time to work independently or in small groups.

The minor also includes two multi-day excursions:

• A creative, making-focused excursion in nature somewhere in the Netherlands
• An international excursion to an art city, such as the Venice Biennale

If you take this minor as part of your degree programme, you do not pay any additional tuition fees. However, you will pay a €375 contribution for excursions and material costs. You will receive clear information about this in advance from the programme.
