What you'll learn

You will be trained as a theatre maker who thinks and works with music as a starting point. From your first year, you will be creating your own work and take it outside the walls of ArtEZ. Your work will be shown in public spaces, festivals and theatres. Those public spaces will also a source of inspiration for you, a space where you can learn how developments in society can influence your work as a music theatre maker.

You will not only develop as an independent creator of music theatre, but you will also explore whether you want to apply your skills as a director as a teacher (or both!). After graduation, there are many paths to take — as a maker, performer and teacher.
