Music in Education - Bachelor - Enschede

Check the admission requirements

If you would like to enrol in the bachelor's programme in Music in Education, you will first need to apply for admission. Think of it as an introduction: the admission process is designed to assess whether you are a good fit for the programme, but also will allow you to determine whether this programme is the right fit for you.

If you would like to take this programme, you must first apply for admission. The process is as follows:

Application → Admission → Positive decision → Enrolment → Programme start

At the enrolment stage, you must meet all admission requirements:

  • You hold a Dutch HAVO, VWO or MBO 4 diploma, or an equivalent international diploma.
  • You meet the language requirement: you must be able to understand, speak, read, and write Dutch at the B2 level. If you graduated from a Dutch-speaking secondary school and Dutch is your native language, you automatically meet this requirement.
  • You received a positive result on your entrance examination (you have been admitted).

Have you attended school abroad, or is Dutch your second language? Read more about how you can meet the Dutch language requirements.

If you have an international educational qualification or are unsure whether you meet the requirements, please contact the Student Affairs Office.

You also have the option to take this programme part-time in Zwolle under the programme name Tailor-made Music in Education. The same admission requirements apply.
