The project began as an outlet for Harmen's repressed concoctions. Driven by an unrelenting passion for metal and all other things hard, he began working on his own repertoire in which he could completely lose himself. The lyrics contain raw emotions that Harmen has had to deal with with a touch of criticism of society.
Armed with his knowledge of jazz, fusion and cutting metal, Harmen began writing his songs. You can expect breakdowns, solos, candid lyrics and an explosive show.
Together with fellow metal musicians from Zwolle and a guest appearance by HESKEN, it promises to be an evening not to be soon forgotten. Lankoar consists of:
