Sofie Zwartscholten
Sofie Zwartscholten begon als kleuter aan haar dansavontuur. Sindsdien is ze nooit meer gestopt met dansen. Inmiddels is ze bijna afgestudeerd aan de opleiding ArtEZ Bachelor Docent Dans en kan ze van haar grote liefde voor dans, haar werk maken.
Sofie is een allround danseres en dansdocente en werkt het liefst afwisselend in verschillende dansstijlen en met verschillende doelgroepen. Ze geeft creatieve danslessen in het binnen- en buitenschoolse werkveld. Ze heeft veel gevoel voor muzikaliteit, is fijngevoelig en autonoom. Sofie heeft oog voor detail, waardoor haar technische lessen van hoge kwaliteit zijn.
Tijdens haar vierdejaars profilering heeft Sofie lesgegeven aan kleuters. Dit is een doelgroep die goed past bij haar karakter. Daarnaast heeft Sofie zich ook geprofileerd in de dansstijl jazz. Deze dansstijl is één van haar favorieten; hier smelt muzikaliteit, fijngevoeligheid en techniek samen.
Sofie heeft in het afstudeerjaar onderzoek gedaan naar de introverte leerling in de dansles. De kennis die ze hierover heeft opgedaan, neemt ze graag mee naar haar toekomst als dansdocent. Elke leerling is welkom en mag gezien worden in haar danslessen. Sofie zorgt voor een veilige sfeer in de groep en kijkt ernaar uit om al haar toekomstige leerlingen te laten stralen.
Een toekomstdroom van Sofie is om het dansen te combineren met een andere creatieve passie. Het maatwerk in haar danslessen zou ze graag willen doorzetten in het ontwerpen van een vernieuwende danskleding collectie.

Sofie Zwartscholten started her dance adventure as a toddler and never stopped dancing since. Meanwhile she is graduating from the ArtEZ Bachelor of Dance in Education program. She will take her love for dancing into her job as a professional dance teacher.
Sofie is an all-round dancer and dance teacher. She prefers to work alternately in different dance styles and with different groups. She teaches creative dance classes in the curricular and extracurricular field. She has a great sense of musicality, is sensitive and autonomous. Sofie pays attention to detail, which increases the quality of her technical dance lessons.
During her fourth-year, Sofie taught different groups of toddlers. She found out that working with this age group combines well with her personality. In addition, Sofie has profiled herself in jazz dance. This dance technique is one of her favorites; musicality, sensitivity and technique all blend together perfectly.
During her graduation year, Sofie conducted research into the introverted student in a dance class. She will take the results from her research into her future as a dance teacher. In her lessons every student is welcome and will be seen. Sofie ensures a safe environment for all her dance students and will try to make them all shine.
One of Sofie’s dreams for the future is to combine dancing with another creative passion. She would love to design an innovative dance clothing collection which is as customized as her dance lessons.
