The Nonplace of Technology
What is the influence of technology in our daily lives and what role does it play in creating mental internal frictions in a person? All of us navigate through a life of artificial noise. The overwhelming presence of technology slowly clutters our minds, drowning it in stress and exhaustion. In my video performance I’m trying to create awareness for a generation of people who were raised in the age of technology to comprehend a world without our digital devices. What if we try to mute the presence of this artificial noise? Is that still even possible?
