This year I performed in REVOLT (produced by Maas Theater, Rotterdam) and Pink Portal (premiere at Julidans 2022) by Cecilia Moisio and worked for SPRING Festival in Utrecht, alongside various smaller projects.

I use all the tools I have got in order to tell something, to embody and share feelings and experiences. I keep coming back to the beauty of being human, with all the complexity and simplicity of what it might mean. I like combining movement with voice - singing and speaking. Sometimes, I enjoy becoming someone else on stage, someone I would maybe never become otherwise.

Working with Cecilia Moisio this year taught me a lot about how big productions are made and what it really means to be a professional dancer on a long tour. But it also taught me a lot about myself. I learned how resilient and strong, but also how open and vulnerable I can be. Day after day I was reminded of why I do what I do and I am eternally grateful for that.

I am inspired by the generosity, courage and creativity of people and by the love and passion that drives them. By the complexity, intelligence and beauty of the human body. The more I move and learn, the more fascinated I am by it. And, of course, I am inspired by nature every day, it's incredible diversity and power. In nature I can always find peace and quiet joy.

My ambition is to expand my network and work in different places, contexts and countries. I am looking forward to meet more and more inspiring artists to learn from as I go. I want to keep surprising myself and rise to new challenges. I want to keep exploring the connection between movement, meaning and language. I hope to be able to find my voice and create my own work.
