Freelancers

ArtEZ regularly works with freelancers who give workshops, guest lectures and projects based on their professional practice. Before the start of the assignment, we assess whether collaboration is possible within current legal frameworks. The agreements are recorded in a standard contract.

Teaching at ArtEZ

Lecturers at ArtEZ have amply earned their spurs in professional practice. As a lecturer, you inspire our students to get the best out of themselves. You teach and advise students in their learning process. Originality, passion, extensive experience in the subject and proven didactic qualities are essential in this. You strengthen the education by using digital media such as the electronic learning environment and the digital portfolio. You can also teach in English.

Working as manager or staff member

Around 200 employees at ArtEZ work in management and support positions. For example, in communication, quality care and research, finance, acquisition, P&O, ICT, facilities and administration. Working at ArtEZ is challenging and varied. In the support roles, you are given every opportunity to develop yourself and to take the initiative. With each other, you think about the quality of the organisation and innovations in the art education of ArtEZ.
