Jan Lintsen Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board of ArtEZ

For the past eight years, Jan has been a member of the Executive Board of the University of Amsterdam, responsible for finance and operations. Prior to that, he was a member of the Executive Board of The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Since June 1, he has been CFO of Royal NLR (the Netherlands Aerospace Center). In addition to his administrative experience in education, Jan has a keen interest in the arts and culture sector and brings the necessary experience to this field as well. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra and the National Theater, a director of Theater aan het Spui, and his life partner is an artist. He also has ties to the region: Jan was born and raised in Lent and studied at the University of Twente.
