Master Architecture – Moment van Herinnering

Discover the graduation project by Fadia Ba'abduh (master Architecture), at three locations in Arnhem’s city centre. In the spaces she designed within the city, she explores and captures the atmosphere that the experience of death has brought into her life, creating places of remembrance within the vibrancy of the urban heart.

Guided walks along the locations, with an explanation of the project, begin at 20:00 and 21:00 from the Eusebius Church (tower entrance). Outside these times, the work can be viewed at the following locations:

  • Eusebius Church (tower portal)
  • Manfield (Ketelstraat 4)
  • Sofacompany (Gele Rijdersplein 13) in Arnhem’s city centre

Fashion Lounge 025

Visit the 025 Fashion Lounge at Rembrandt, where Fashion Design students will showcase their impressive work in the exhibition Toile-de-Luxe 2025. You can also have your bag, t-shirt, or other clothing item printed with a unique design by Farah Fayyad using the silkscreen carousel from State of Fashion, powered by Stichting Plaatsmaken. At the Textile Surgery, presented by ArtEZ University of the Arts/Engage4BIO, you’ll learn more about the origins of your clothing – think ‘Antiques Roadshow’, but for fashion!

Arnhemse Cultuurprijs (culture prize Arnhem)

The Arnhemse Cultuurprijs will also be awarded, with several ArtEZ contributors among the nominees:

  • Collectief Koppig: A collective of artists, thinkers, and doers based in the Presikhaaf neighbourhood, focusing on inclusion.
  • Kinke Kooi: A visual artist who draws and paints from personal fascination, "even though it embarrasses me to death."
  • Kompagnie Kistemaker: A distinctive, interdisciplinary theatre company.
