Student psychologist

Are stress, anxiety, low mood or other mental health issues affecting your studies? The student psychologist can provide short-term support with issues such as stress, performance anxiety, AD(H)D, autism, low mood, worrying, grief, insecurity or difficulties with social contact.
For urgent, severe or long-term mental health issues, contact your GP.
Would you like to make an appointment with the student psychologist?
Start by contacting the student counsellor. Together, you can discuss what support you need. The student counsellor can refer you to the student psychologist. Good to know: the support is free of charge and you do not need a referral from your GP.
Do you need different or more specialised support? The student counsellor can also help you explore which type of support would be most suitable.
Questions?
