Arrange your study

Student Affairs

You can contact the Student Affairs department for everything you need to arrange regarding your studies.

Get in touch with Student Affairs if you need more information about applying and enroling through Studielink  tuition fees or the language requirements. Are you an international student and would you like to study at ArtEZ? Then you can also contact Student Affairs for information about visas, financial guarantees and insurance. Student Affairs can also provide you with more information about the ArtEZ Scholarship and the NL Scholarship.

Studying abroad

Are you interested in studying abroad? Student Affairs can also help. For example, if you have questions about exchange programmes and partner institutes, or if you want to know more about the Erasmus+ grant for study and internships within Europe or the NL Scholarship for study, internships and research outside Europe.

Contact Student Affairs

You can contact Student Affairs at studentenzaken@artez.nl. You can also call Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 12:00 on +31 26 353 5650. For specific questions about programmes and admission, please contact the programme's education office. You can find the details under each programme.

Student counsellors

Student counsellors are also part of the Student Affairs department. Students and prospective students can contact the student counsellors for issues relating to their studies, academic progress and personal circumstances. Student counsellors are also the point of contact for more information about studying with a study impediment. This could be a functional limitation (such as a disability or chronic illness), but also other circumstances that affect your studies (such as family circumstances or pregnancy).
