An unwritten narrative for which there are no words, yet the hunger remains unsatisfied. The myth that by penetrating it’s deep layers unfolds a unique perspective. A skin that slowly peels away and completely reshapes itself. The revelation of what flows so purely through your veins and yet is so raw, it strips you down to the bare bone. It consumes you and spits you out. Sometimes I wonder, is it even mine?

Reshape. Consume. Become.

To make an experience shareable, it comes from 'the inside out'. This concept is reflected in both my artwork and educational content. For me, these are sensory and physical experiences where transformation, fluidity, and sublimity emerge. In my work I’m inspired by Marina Abramović, the Cleaning the House method, and the reperformances I currently do at Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam. Through performances and installations, I give shape to the conceptual, chaotic, and animally experiences of my being in relation to the magical universe we inhabit. With this, I explore existential boundaries and extremes; precisely that which humans cannot quite reach.

I consume and spit it out.
