Peace

If you're struggling with a busy mind, it often helps to work with your hands. Having something to do helps me get out of my head and into my body. What helps me is being creative.

The more repetition there is in creating, the easier it is for me to unwind. You experience peace when you're absorbed in the moment, and the outside world passes by without disturbing you.

Sharing

I want to share my peace, but the only question is: how can I share it?

I prefer to share my peace in a tangible form. For me, it's important that you can hold it in your hands.

In my search for Peace and Sharing, I've explored various materials and shapes. This experimentation led me to practical ceramic objects. Peace is reflected in these objects in two ways: in the making process and in using the final product. During the process, I experience peace in repetition, the malleability of the clay, and the feeling of having something to do. Ultimately, I have a handy object (a palm stone or a bead) with a texture that can be used to keep your hands occupied when you need to concentrate or when you want to relax.
