Lena C. is a sound artist from Taiwan and based in Enschede (NL). She plays electronic, ambient, and experimental music for artistic practice and performance. Her sound is usually inspired by the geological textures and the relationality between human, non-human and nature.
Final performance: Morphing Landscapes
Morphing Landscapes is an improvisational performance involving sound, dance, and visual artists, complemented by an installation that translates seismic activity data. It aims to delve into the interconnectedness between individuals in nature, and the precariousness that emerges from natural disasters - earthquakes in this case. Furthermore, it questions our relationship with the past and ongoing happenings within these assemblage systems on our planet.
