Justus Hehenkamp

By creating fictional characters, alter egos, and other worlds, Dutch creator Justus Hehenkamp (2002) transforms the darkest memories and experiences into immersive works. While Hehenkamp finds it important to let the viewer know they are not alone in their suffering, he does not stray away from his uncomfortable truth.

To achieve this, Hehenkamp combines different practices (film, photography, graphic design, composing and songwriting) into multimedia works to tell his stories.
