I want to create a place in this society where people can forget about time for a moment and live fully in the moment. A place where you can dance whenever it feels right for you, not just at night but also in the middle of the day. A club that is open 24/7 and where time no longer has any meaning. 

The building is dedicated to the term Panta Rei. This phrase comes from the philosopher Heraclitus and means ‘everything flows’. By this, he meant that everything is always in motion and that everything around you is constantly changing. Nothing remains the same. The only constant is that nothing is constant. 

That idea forms the basis of this club. You move along with the flow of the building and with your own feelings. You do not choose in advance what you are going to do but discover along the way what you need. If you want to dance, you follow the music. If you need contact, you might end up at a place where people are sitting together or playing a game of ping pong. You discover where everything is located as you move through the space. From the moment you enter, you leave a part of the outside world behind. You do not bring a phone or other devices on which you can see the time. As a result, the focus on what time it is and how much time passes disappears. 

A different way of experiencing things emerges. You listen to your own rhythm instead of a clock. Hunger, fatigue, energy, and the need for social contact determine what you do and where you go. In this way, the club becomes not just a place to go out, but an environment where people can truly be present and briefly detach from the constant pressure of time and planning.
