I can not decide if I wish to be able to answer this question or not. I find beauty in not knowing who I am as a performer and artist, because it makes room for growth and surprising myself which I find very exciting. But anyway, here is an attempt at answering this question: I am a person full of stories and experiences, using my body, my soul, my heart and my art to express them.

My ambition is to keep telling stories; as a dancer, by bringing my own into the work to embody someone else’s, and as a maker, in my own work. I wish to meet and collaborate with inspiring artists to expand my ways of expressing myself and connect to the people and the world around me. But my dearest ambition is to find joy in being a professional dance artist! Reminding myself why I love dancing and creating will help me embrace the challenges I will come across and learn from them to keep growing as a person and as an artist.

I like to pay attention to the little details in my surroundings that might go unnoticed, I believe they say a lot. They spark my imagination and encourage me to bring more layers and honesty to my dancing and my work.

I did my internship with the company Of Curious Nature in Bremen, Germany. I had the chance to be part of many creation processes with inspiring choreographers and to perform in many pieces. Within these experiences I have found the space to connect deeper with my vision, desires, values and emotions when they were both challenged and welcomed. Navigating the joys and struggles of being an intern and a dancer in a company has encouraged me to constantly seek a balance between remaining adaptable and standing for what I care for. I am very grateful to have been surrounded by generous and kind people, working with them on a daily basis has been my biggest source of inspiration.
